Ball State names green space after 1973 Muncie Central graduate

Ball State University recently named its East Mall after James W. Lowe, a 1973 graduate of Muncie Central. Lowe retired from Ball State in June 2024.

He was reappointed as a member of the Muncie Community Schools Board of Trustees for a second term in May 2023.
